Conforming to FIA FT3-1999 Standard. 3D scans of the original fuel tanks were used to produce a CAD model enabling the manufacture of these new FIA approved bags.
The original tanks are modified with an access port and used as the cases for installing the foam filled bags.
The tanks each feature a dash12 fuel exit pipe which also act as the balance pipe to ensure equal levels in each tank.
A new VDO dip pipe sender is installed in 1 tank which connects to the original fuel sender unit head in the case.
The filler necks feature FIA approved mini aero filler caps for improved safety in the event of an accident. Priced per tank, 2 required per car. We will need you to send your original tanks to us for the build.
